Using a global systematic framework tool to guide the advancement of the pharmacy workforce education and training on a national level

Systematic education and training strategies play a critical role in preparing competent pharmacy workforce to meet the evolving healthcare needs of nations. Reports have shown that investing workers' not only has positive impact on employment rates economic growth but also results measurable improvement health population outcomes. The goal this study was evaluate use globally validated goals as guide planning advancement Kuwait workforce's training. A mixed-approach qualitative involving representatives key stakeholders conducted. Focus group interviews were carried out with pharmacists patient non-patient facing roles (N = 33). In addition, semi-structured three main Continuing Professional Development (CPD) providers country Data analysed using framework analysis method.
